elijah slept from 6.30pm til 5.30am and only got up twice (and i might add, actually fell asleep fairly easily both times)

now...we have been using cradle cap shampoo for 5 days (i noticed his scalp looked itchy and his skin on his face is poorly), and got a new nightlight which is like the actual sun in the corner of the room......he woke up quite a few times and put himself back to sleep for the first time EVER

so say a little prayer for us tonight, i really hope this is the start of a new era in elijah's sleep patterns, i feel amazing for having a few unbroken hours (of course i didnt go to bed til half 11...why oh why?! )

that sounds promising. if he put himself back to sleep thats a good sign. Fingers crossed for tonight x
