Has anyone else got one? Flick can't drink out of it. It is so hard to get the drink out of the cup

Have you put the bits together correct as H has a similar one and if I don't put everything together right you can't suck the drink out. Hope that makes sense x

lilly had one of these, she couldnt suck it properly but then i noticed the straw inside wasnt pushed right up to the top properly, then it worked fine xxx

The straw wasn't pushed in all the way and was backwards
