seriously its terrifying everything is flashing and the trees look like they are going to fall over....and my poor onions in the garden have gone flat!!!

it's mental, there's power cuts in Monifieth, Carnousite and Arbroath. so glad I'm not working today, but I've got things to do tomorrow so it better piss off!!!

the lights are flashing here i am making john gather candles...wtf am i meant to do with no electric? hmm make hot chocolate on the gas cooker and use elijah's torch/nightlight to wander around looking for murderers behind doors

there was a tree fell over and blocking the road outside the firestation on mcalpine road!! its absolutely nuts, my exercise class at campy had to be cancelled cos of the amount of branches flying off trees!! loadsa pics on fb of ppls trampolines flying out there gardens its crazy

we must have it quite lightly , its wbin day to day so most i have seen is wheelies and recycling bins flying about the street

someone on my f/b that the wind just blew over and damaged their very nearly brand new motorbike

scary! i had a look at the news and we are now 'be prepared' weather alert rather than 'be aware'...prepared how and for what i do not know just going to get us all in our jammies, hope the electric stays on and watch some disney haha i am such a chicken

haha! I went back last Tuesday but need today and tomorrow off cos I've no one to look after Arwyn. I'm only working 7 days this month, off Friday and next Monday too

Lol. That's exactly what I'd be doing if it was windy and hubby wasn't home. It was so windy here earlier (although not as bad as up north) that I gave up trying to take Jamie for a walk as the pram was moving all over the place. Hope it calms down for you soon

Weve got wind here aswell but doesnt sound as bad as where u lot are x
