Ive been having heart palpations since sunday/monday on and off and bit of chest pains....just done my blood pressure and its 78/80 what does that mean? Is the low?
Do u think i should go to docs tomoz? Dont want to seem like a drama queen though! Oh and i did have a 'few' drinks sat night and smoke a lot....and drunk tea and ate crap so its all prob my fault

Thats very low. Mine is often 60/100 and they say thats low. Its probably nothing but I'd go to the dr

Might be worth a trip to the drs, i'm sure the first number is supposed to be higher than the second in bp.

more likely the anxiety over the things you listed! and maybe caffeine/nicotine if you aren't used to loads???
