lucas's breast is swollen and hard to touch, his nipples are very flat, is this normal, i dont remember with rich??

i not noticed until today,

i not got mw or hv till next tuesday, do i need to take him to docs, or is this normal?

I vaguely remember seeing something that say it can be quite common in newborns, something to do with mummy's hormones still in their system. Will have a look and see if I can find some info.
