do you enjoy the peace ? do you enjoy having the bed to self ?

mine is on nightshift this week and yes i will love having bed to self but tonight is the first time in a long time since i have on my own
hate hearing general noises , floorboard creaking and gas heating booting up, proper scares the crap outta me , wimp i am lol !
going to be a long restless night for me !

Thankfully OH doesn't do nights anymore...but he used to do them regular - and for a long time I did like that time on my own, Oliver in bed, OH at work, peace and quiet. I loved the bed to myself too, that had to be the best bit. But it gets boring tbh, like you I used to hear every little noise and it started to freak me out lol I like just being able to go to he kitchen (where he's usually on the xbox) and just tell him random crap.

My oh has just done 4 nightshifts and yes it's nice having the bed to yourself but I allways worry when he's not here in case something happens x

i hated them especially when elijah was tiny, i don't like feeling so massively responsible!!!

danielle is still wide awake ! , she never went for an afternoon sleep so slept early evening and there was no waking her !
and facebook has just told me its my anniversary tomorrow ,, think ill call OH at work at midnight

i love and hate it, hes on night shift at moment although its nice having the bed all to myself, i hate that once Gracie goes to bed there is no one to talk to, and i hate the next day when you cant do hoovering, try to stop gracie running about upstairs and cant just pop in the bedroom to grab something or put something away x

i love having to whole bed but i am the same with every little noise lol xx

But im always scared when home without him too. I think the cat playing downstairs is a kidnapper.

I also love the fact that we never have to rely on family. my aunt and mum used to always have to look after her when we both worked days and now hes around during the day. so when my family have her its because they want her which means no more feeling guilty on my part

Like Suzie I both love it and hate it. I really love having the bed to myself, but I hate having to be quiet and having to get all my stuff out of the bedroom the night before so I don't wake him up!!!!

pepper thats the most annoying thing, noises dont bother me at all the other night i got bollocked because i didnt lock the front door, porch door or the back door,

and yet i never get scared marc is more scared of me being home alone at night than i am x

I love it on weeknights, so I get some peace to chill out after work and spread out in bed. But, I hate it at weekends, especially if he's slept all day and then working all night

Im the night shifter in our house, Neil says he hates it
