So it took Alfie to get to 13 months old for him to start having a decent nap during the day usually between 12.30 - 2.30 which is great when im feeling rubbish or its raining outside.

But id organised to do summat todya since the weather is gorgeous. I nipped alfie upstairs to change his bum and stuck him in his cot for a sec while i nipped to the loo. Came back and he was comatosed - out for the count and wudnt wake back up

So my friend has gone home and im stuck here for 2 hrs. Ahhh well. I might go and sit outside and enjoy the sunshine

Wil sleeps 12.30 until 2.30 everyday and generally I have a list of stuff I want to get done in that 2 hours but it is a pain if you want to go out for the day or if something is only on in the afternoon.
