| I was like this this time round knew I had to eat but couldn't... with Tyler I forced myself to eat stuff and I didn't really feel sick but this time I couldn't eat anything... but I couldn't even drink either I think plain stuff is the way to go, crackers toast and bread. Thats pretty much all I faced for the first few weeks x |

| Not really. I had to eat or the sickness just got worse. I found tosted ham sandwhiches filling and not too sickening. Salt and vinegar crisps helped too, and coke (MW said that was prob my body trying to get the salt and sugars it needed).
For a cpl of weeks my diet consisted of 2 toasted ham sandwhiches, beans and toast, 2 packets of crisps and 4 tins of coke a day. Not the healthiest but all I could stomach. Also my sickness was mainly from 5pm onwards so I could eat during the day without too much trouble.
Tiredness def makes my sickness worse, so try and take naps/get early nights.
Not much to suggest, but I know how awful you must feel. I was more nauseas than actually sick, which in ways I found worse. At least the days I puked I got relief after, whereas with the nausea it lasted for hrs at a time. You have my sympathy!!! |

| Im having to eat all day to keep my sickness away at the moment. Salt and Vinegar Squares are going down a treat and they also help me drink loads as I wasnt drinking enough, which also seems to have been linked to my bleeding/spotting. If I dont have food in my mouth, I feel sick. Try dry biscuits, like Rich Tea, a few people I know said they help. x |

| milkshakes were a lifesaver for me, i know some people cant face milk but they did line my tummy and stop me getting over hungry (and so, more sick) when i couldn't look food in the eye |

| I don't envy you at all, I had terrible sickness with Chloe, crips were always good and for some reason tomato soup and cornflakes. I couldn't eat the dry stuff they recommend like crackers etc they made me gag. What did help a little was the magnetic wrist bands used for travel sickness, it didn't make it go away completely but helped enough to let me eat.
Try and and sure you keep your fluids up as much as possible while you're not eating x |

| Thank you!
Its more carbs that i cant face, bread and biscuits i chew but cant seem to swallow!
Fruit is actually the easiest to eat which is a good thing. I had a coke yesturday that i couldn't drink but could when it went flat.
I had the wrist bands with my other two but not sure i'll get them here. Im home next week so will get some then. xx |
