well as soem of you know my docs says i have SPD.. its not mega bad every day, liek im not in pain every day but i got the grinding thing going on and the popping sound and clicks in my leg/hip joints when i move

any how.. saw the mid wife today, she said i need to see some one baout the spd.. im guessing they will just bend me about a bit? any one else had this?

and coz now my varicous veins are soo bad in my legs and my l;ady bits i got to see a cons again and she said i might be put as high risk? what does that mean?

hiya hun,

with spd i was sent to a pelvis pain clinic and with another group of women, and we spoken to about good posture and mild exercises by a physio and then a midwife spoke to us about birth and best positions for it.

i was also referred to seperate physio and i'm still waiting for that appointment, but they were on about a support belt, and crutches, mine eased off a little once i finsihed work and i have pain now but its manageable at the moment.

sorry not sure about varcoise veins, but if they do put you at high risk, it means more consultant appointments rather than just seeing a mw.

i've seen mine about 4/5 times since i got pg and due again tomorrow,

not sure if i've helped there, might be worth putting a note in banda fb to ask people to have a look in this section if you dont get many replies as i know there are a few ladies who have had spd and more severe than me

thankies for the reply hun. yea i had to see a cons with paige due to my preg. but then from what i can work out they let every thing carry on as though it would of with a normal pregnancy. i saw mw every two weeks and cons every two weeks.
