im feeling so starving hungry but cant face eating anything Im just drinking loads!! Had half a ham n cucumber sany but the last bit had to b spat out just couldnt even chew it never mind swallow it

I feel your pain. I spent all of Thursday afternoon throwing up and ended up asleep at 5.30pm.

So, I have been doing some reading...

Sometimes morning sickness can be caused by low blood sugar. I got myself some Polos and fruit pastels to have if I start to feel a bit funny. They dont help for long, but they do work.

I also got Sea Bands - I wasnt wearing them on Thursday which is probably why I ended up throwing up so much. They are not 100% but they do take the edge off things.

I wasnt overly hungry around the same time as finding out I was pregnant with all of mine, so I think its pretty normal.

I got seabands too and they do work a bit for sickness. Not 100% though Coke I found good for a sugar/energy hit, salt and vinegar crisps and toast I could eat too.

I found eating little and often helped, but tbh I dont think there is a magic cure for sickness/helping you eat. Its just one of those things you have to put up with.

Im almost 14 weeks and still feeling sick. People lied to me when they said it would be gone by now. Hopefuly you will be lucky and in 7-8 weeks , you will be feeling better... for a couple of months anyway!

hope so thanks for the replies Just had random sickness with the other 2 but do remember waking up starvin so had to go to bed with water and a banana lol but its different this time!!! I know I know all pregnancies are different So excited I just want to shout it from the roof tops

I had this for about a week, now only eating will help the sickness. The memories of pregnancy have all come flooding back!

I know its hard but just try to forces food down you, you will feel better after. xx
