I've had a clubcard for years but have absolutely no idea about the points thing. I've got vouchers in the past and used them when buying things online, but other times the vouchers haven't come. Went on the website yesterday and turns out they were using an address thats 3yrs old even though I changed it when I moved. So I've changed that so I shall expect vouchers to come here but what am I supposed to do about tripling points and getting days out?? Do you have to do that before they become money off your shopping vouchers or after? How do you convert your points into days out or whatever. I'm so confused (it doesn't take much!)

You do it on line. there is an option to view your vouchers online (with their codes) i didnt get all mine found this and i had £97.00 worth of un used vouchers.

ok so if you find a day out, or anything you want to do on there (as long as your voucher is not spent, even if its been posted to you) you click on add to basket, and if you have enough. i.e. a £5.00 voucher may equal to £15.00 on a day out so would say pay for two tickets to a farm.

does that make sense?

Ah ok I think I get it. I've got £16.50 worth of points/vouchers atm. We barely shop in tesco. So just have to look through the things and find out what I can use it on, then it does it all online? I better try explore the site a bit more.

yep all online. go through the things they have. i found a farm in my area where a £5.00 voucher converts to £15.00 which would buy us entry for me and Trev (rowan would still be free) so its worth it

Wish I'd known this before my holiday! just seen the farm we went to would have taken our vouchers. Oh well, i'll find something to use them on.

Current voucher amount. I used some old unused ones to buy Immi's bday present yesterday as they were about to expire.
