All common decency and regard for others, including animals, goes out the window and they think stoning them to death is OK.

Just like a young girl who was raped by an older married man is stoned to death!

Things like this put me of religion all together.

Im seriously starting to think the world would be a happier place if no one had religion. It seems to be the cause of many a war and brings hatred/pain to those that dont conform in some cultures. Its also used as an excuse for violence.

I know christians will probably disagree but thats just my thoughts on the matter. It can bring comfort to some too, and I appreciate/respect that not all religions are so harsh.

Here in Northern Ireland it has brought so much suffering (It is political violence here but at times is simplified down to catholic vs protestant).
