seriously I got cut off just a min ago so I phoned them to ask them why "because you havnt paid the £400 bill"



what!!!! well thats for the replacement handset you had, well i was told i wouldn't be charged as it was under warrenty.

They then look at the notes and see that thats right so will take the £400 off my bill, so i ask when il have my phone back and i am told once the charge has been taken off. It can take up to 4 working days. SO I SUFFER BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPATANCE

Stupid idiots. Three did this to me once but they said up to 6 hours and it was back on in an hour. Keep turning your phone off and try and make a call until it's back on

i'd ask them for compensation for the inconvience, if it not back on soon,

mobiles i love them but they do cause some hassle
