Has any ever tried it? I have tried diets and excisise but I can't seam to shift this weight it's hard to explain but if I could train my brain some how to think that chocolate and "bad food" is not good then I would be happy! Just coz in fat doesn't mean I just eat crap food as I don't I never have take sways or anything and I make most my food myself!so my oh said why not try hypnotherapy! Anything to help as to be honest the aight of myself in the mirror makes me feel physically sick

Have you tried Slimming World? I have a few friends who have tried hypnotherapy and said it didnt work, I personally haven't tried it. But on slimming world you can still have your choc etc, its just about having everything in moderation...

If you can afford to have hypnotherapy then I'd give it a go but I think it can be quite expensive hun.

When I started to lose weight I signed up to WW and the things I thought were healthy were soooooo many points. I thought I ate well but it's amazing the things that add up and how a few tiny changes can make a load of difference.

Just measuring out the milk I used in cereals and coffee's made a massive difference, using a low calorie spray oil instead of veg or olive oil makes a difference, ummm quorn mince instead of real mince in chilli's and bolognese and things is loads healthier... little things like that.

I tried it and it really didnt work...ive put on 3 stone since i had hypnotherapy...(its unrelated to the hypnotherapy but it didnt make me lose weight)
2 friends of mine tried it as well and it didnt work for them!!
I have been looking at weight watchers, but i cant get my head round the points yet.

Jade is right about looking at what you eat...there are quite a few things that i was surprised at that were bad for you!!

Ive heard that paul mckenna does one online i think didnt he do it with 'this morning' last year....might be worth a google??
