If you can afford to have hypnotherapy then I'd give it a go but I think it can be quite expensive hun.
When I started to lose weight I signed up to WW and the things I thought were healthy were soooooo many points. I thought I ate well but it's amazing the things that add up and how a few tiny changes can make a load of difference.
Just measuring out the milk I used in cereals and coffee's made a massive difference, using a low calorie spray oil instead of veg or olive oil makes a difference, ummm quorn mince instead of real mince in chilli's and bolognese and things is loads healthier... little things like that.
