| Hi Ladies,
I want to start introducing cows milk in a months time but how do i do it?
Do i just swap the formula bottle with cows milk one in morning and one of night.
Do i warm it up? or give it cold.
Shall i gradually introduce it like cows in morning then formula at night and when his got use to it switch both?
Also ladies is it the same oz's that i give him?
Thanks
Char |

| I think we waited till we only had a bit of formula left then gave her cows milk in the day (slightly warmed) then once formula ran out a few days later gave cows milk all the time.
I gave her the same amount as i would formula. I don't really know if thats what you're 'supposed' to do, Immi just loves milk so she drank it all. |

| we did a straight swap, i just fill the bottle up to the top, i heat it for 20 secs just to take the chill off it, i still give him some toddler milk to give him the extra iron etc as he is not a good eater hope this helps xx |

| I have two experiences of moving to cows milk. With Thomas I just swapped straight over one night and he took it fine and still does to this day. Madam Hannah however was a little more difficult. She had cows milk in her cereal from 6 months but when I swapped her bottles over she went mad and kept spitting it out, wouldn't entertain it. So with her I had to introduce it an oz at a time. She has an 8oz bottle morning and night and i started with 7oz formula-1oz cows and then day two was 6oz formula-2 oz cows etc etc and she got used to it gradually. She's fine with full cows milk now xx |

| Tyler doesn't like cows milk so I still give him formula but I think im going to try and wean him onto cows milk slowly by mixing his normal 6oz formula with an ounce or two of cows milk gradually. |
