| Sorry this isn't in the right section but I need quick answers.
Just checked the thermometer in our room and it's 27 degrees in my flat. Thats with 2 fans on. What do I dress Amelia in atm shes in just a vest, is this ok? It was 26.6 when we went to bed last night and I put her in a vest and a cotton sheet is this right? Im so confused by this weather malarky and my flat is always boiling never been below 24 since weve moved in and Ive never turned the heating on.
Will she start crying to let me know if shes too hot or cold? |

| I would say that's fine - the fans won't make the temperature go down unless the fan is on the thermometer and even then the temperatures the same just with a wind chill on it. If she is sweaty then she is probably too warm if not then I wouldn't worry. I know it's scary when you see the temperature that high but when Tyler was born the nursery he was in was 27 and they had him in a vest, sleep suit socks, hat, swaddled with a blanket on! |

| just keep her in little clothing - she will let you know if she is cold more then she will if she's hot so its better for her to be a bit cooler xx i would say just a vest is fine! x |

| Thats sounds ok to me, Izzy was a it older (16 weeks) when I first took her to France and it was about 39 there, so hot compared to here, so she slept in just a vest and a sheet, or if it was a bit cooler just naked inside a 1 tog bag |

| I'd rely more on feeling her than the temp (although I was paranoid about keeping the room at 18 when Jamie was born). I always find Jamie gets hot the day but cold at night so was still in a vest, sleepsuit and 1 tog sleeping bag last night although it was about 22 |

| Thanks everyone. I just realised when her incubator was at 26 she slept in a vest with no blanket so I think a vest and a sheet is about right x |
