i had a lady (weirdly a sw) come from the local children centre today, telling me all about the hcildren centres, they do it for new parents where we live....
anyway i got a bag of freebies, a room, a bath, a forehead and a fridge thermometer, also a toothbrush for 0-2yrs and was told they suggest brusing the gums of babies now and that it is good for the gums.
now i know this might be right, but i wanted to check, because she was a sw, and although she knew my job still asked me if i wanted some parenting classes (ermmmm i wouldnt be able to do the job i do if i didnt know something about parenting) anyway thats my little moan.
but brushing gums, i've not heard of this, the hv never mentioned it and i just want to check, i got hv next thursday but is anyone else brushing babies gums
