| just want ur suggestions on any weird and wonderful remidies!!!! other than ginger and eat little and often what strange things helped you never had it with the other 2 and its def not nice actually threw up this morning |

| throwing up helps lol I always felt better after i'd been sick. fizzy coke is meant to help. erm... dry an plain things like crackers or bread someone said mint is meant to be help (but not in my case as mint was and is osmething I can't stand when im pg) |

| Real coke and lots of it! Not so good about the caffeine in it but...
Erm salt and vinegar crisps helped me a bit, toast and ham, beans and toast...
Travel sickness bands also took the edge off when I remembered to use them, oh and lots of sleep. The tireder I was the sicker I felt.

| ughhh any of the above mentioned things would have had me on the floor in a pile of sick cold, thick milkshake, i found tesco's in the big cartons the best or yazoo |

| Nothing but throwing up helped me i felt a little bit better when i ate but then i felt crap again, felt sick, threw up (you get the picture) but tiredness definately made it worse so try and get as much sleep as is possible (with 2 kids that is) |

| LOL yeah I found thowing up os good kep falling asleep just woken up so off 2 bed now zzzzzzz Ill try a few of your suggestions see if anything helps Thanks for your help XX |

| I found that the following helped me: Sea Bands - have only just taken them off, lol! Ice Pops Crisps (Salt and Vinegar Squares were great) Biscuits for times I got peckish or needed food Sprite and Coca Cola - full fat I also found that if my tummy got empty, I felt much worse, so needed (and still do) to keep eating all the time. x |

| Biscuits helped me and trying to make sure I always had a little bit of food in my stomach because when it was empty I felt worse. Hope you feel better soon xxx |

| thanx girls its not been too bad today and ive just been nibbling all day tho lol just keep with the fruit and stay away from the crisps and choc and cakes well most of thoie time LOLl |
