| Hi
When does a baby move out of baby grows and into PJs for bed? Alfie has a couple of pairs of pjs but i think id like to keep him in baby grows for a while longer esp since its getting so cold lately!

Well i intend to keep Cerys in babygrows for as long as possible, they look so much more comfy for them at night, especially when they wriggle about so much LOL x

I let me Lo sleep in Pjs when it was warmer, but now its cooling down we are back to babygrows, and in all honesty i found that if the Pjs were footless my LO would wake up with freezing cold feet, even when wearing socks so i prefer babygrows too x

after we had that warm weather a few months back Robert went into short and t shirt pj's now if i try to get him to sleep in a babygro he just wont! Its such a shame as i think they look so cute in baby grows and they seem to look more like babies! But Robert just will no settle in a babygrow anymore i think maybe he likes to have his feet out!

I just go by the sizes available haha I was looking at sale stuff for next year and I gathered the stuff that was too 'babyish' just isn't sold over 12 months...I think you can get babygros up til about 3 years so I would keep going til then - I want one too!

Wil wears a pj top and a sleeping bag for bed. He will be in pj bottoms in the winter if it gets cold enough. Babygrows with sewn in feet are okay until they are walking/ cruising then I suspect the feet will be a problem.

Hannah has a mixture of grows and PJs. She has the tweety pie ones too pixel - so cute . I kept Thomas in babygrows till about 9-10 months when he was starting to try to walk so I found PJs with rubber bottomed slippers better for him to practice. I find Hannah looks so cute in PJs though - she's got loads and some are so gorgeous. Tbh I wish I had used PJs earlier for Thomas too - they are just so much easier. I have a real aversion to poppers I think once your baby gets to the 'wriggling and screaming when getting dressed' stage - do yourself a favour and ditch the poppers and get PJs . I also find PJs last a lot longer than grows coz they dont restrict the feet when baby has a little growth spurt and you end up putting them in the next size up which are about 4 inches too long and hang loose off the feet - there is such a big difference between sizes. I also find you can some gorgeous PJs - especially in the winter when you can put them in those cute brushed cotton grandad type ones - I love them! can you tell I'm a PJ lover? xx

I have an image of Thomas dressed as an old man in a full set of pjs and a checkered dressing gown with matching slippers - do you get him the Sunday Times too?
