We are going to Cheste Zoo on Thursday and typical it's going to rain. We would go another time but have booked a hotel and will still have to pay if we don't go. It's gonna cost about £30 to get in and will be a wate of money if it's peeing it down grrrrrr

Awww no that's rubbish! Can't you call the hotel now and see what it would cost to cancel? Some will refund you if cancelled with at least 48hrs notice. Chester zoo has indoor stuff but there's a fair amount of walking inbetween it all x

Can't cancel Lisa it's a Travel Lodge and we got it cheap on the basis you can't cancel or amend booking so they will still take money if we don't go

Aww bugger! What about doing something else rather than the zoo? Soft play, Icecream farm, Blue Planet etc? x

least it will be quiet and the elephants love the rain,

i love chester zoo and there are lots of indoor things and you can buy those rain macs if i remember right.
