I think I need some new bras it seems I have gone down a size in everything including my boobs :-( lol. You know the wires at the front of the bra are supposed to be against you skin well mine isn't anymore. Does that mean I need a smaller back size or smaller cup or both? I'm sad to be losing my boobs xx

you best going to get measured and go from there, i hate bra shopping, but i always go to marks and sparks to get measured.

It depends hun. Generally you need to do down a back size and up a cup if it's gaping at the front. Deffo go and get measured x

it can just be that the materials have stretched too i would head down to m+s cos otherwise it's so random and takes forever to find a bra!!!
