Jaiden
Well I was due on the 13th of June with jaiden 9pm on tuesday the 19th i started getting pains so went to bed early By 3am I was in real pain so we phoned and I went it at about 5am. To which I was told yep ur on ur way 1cm dilated so home we went of course couldnt sleep was on my ball bouncing away throwing everything up I was trying to eat couldnt take the pain any more so at about 4pm we went back and there werent much change at 2cm but i decided to stay and bring on the gas and air... This was wonderful for the 1st 6 hrs or so but i left it too long b4 askin 4 stronger pain relief it was terrible trying to sit still having full blown contractions gas and air doin nothing while they tried to get my epidural sited well that was that all was fine jaidens heart rate kept dropping so I was hooked up to a moniter the whole time Hated that !!!! Then they were worried about his oxygen levels so had to do a small cut on his head while he was still inside to check all was ok I didnt feel any urge to push at all coz of the epidural so had to be told when to push also didnt like that but they then decided to try wiv vontouse suction coz he werent budging and his heart rate was really low they tried for gaes to pull him out and were just starting to think about emergency c section and out he popped soaking every1 that was there as the waters werent broken completely at 646 am on the thursday

With Sophia i was due on the 28th of November on the monday 7th of december at 3am i went 4 a wee and i was soaked changed my pad and by the time i got bac 2 bed was soaked through again no pains contractions or anything so i called labour ward and they told me to rest and come in at 930 unless contractions start no contractions called daves mum and my mum (to look after jaiden got him up and ready waited for the inlaws to turn up set off in rush hour traffic to get to hosp finally got checked and yeo its my waters and she had done a poo already so again no birthing pool so by the pm I had to have a drip coz still no contractions and again I was hooked up to the moniter again to measure heart rate which was a little irregular so contractions started and they upped my dose a little while later i was badly over contracting so the got rid of the drip I was just having good old gas and air for again quite a while and then i decided to have some diamorphine (didnt want another epidural) and that was great didnt make my sleep or anyhting was just great pain relief that started to go off a bit so aked for some more and she examined me said too l8 4 any more 8cms WOW i thought ok here we go then she emptied my bladder re-examined me and said oh no ur only 6 cms but didnt want to give me the diamorphine again wich i begged for so reluctantly i had the epidural again. Well this time the drugs were having no affect again and i had a right go at the anethatists who kept telling me to stop taking such deep breathes with the gas and air and to sit still well oh boy poor woman i tore her a new 1 LOL she finally got it n on the fourth attempt then when they done the cold test to c if it had worked they discovered it was way way too high so i had to sit up to let it kinda drain away from my chest> This time because it was sited so high i did feel the urge to push which is such an overwhelming sensation WOW she to had to have the probs on her head n stuff but They then decided that she was facing back to side so i had every man and his dog in there trying to manually turn her to be delivered great Anyway they got her out with vontuse as well and she was delivered sideways !!! at 109am on tuesday The day I was booked in to be induced......... Then they tried to deliver the placenta and thats when the sh!t hit the fan after 30 mins of gentle tugging and pushing no placenta then i started to heamorage really really bad the 1st i knew about it was when my bed suddenly went flat and I had so many ppl in the room rushing around and faces telling me its ok stay calm dont go to sleep stay with us well i just freaked i was so scared i didnt have a clue what was goin on got rushed down to theatres and poor dave was left in the room blood every where and his new baby girl I was in theatres for about half an hour starrped down inflatable hot air shock blanket thing on me and had that was worse pain than the actual labout or giving birth they manually removed the placenta and it was so stuck in there they really had to get the whole arm (almost) up there to get it all out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then came the blood transfusions and i found out i lost almost 5 pints of blood anyway i was fine and no1 cpould inderstand how ok i was with such little blood in me stayed in untill friday when i discharged myself I just wanted to go home with my baby and c my big boy



So thats that and i still want another am i mad LOL hope it dont happen again but surely it can not get any worse than that


I look 4ward to posting again soon that i had a natural no pain relief water birth HAHAHAHA who am i kidding
