Ok ladies, so its Alyssa's Christening on Sunday and were doing the food ourselves...so please can you give me some inspiration for the buffet food?

get yourself some filo pastry ( you can get it ready made in tescos) and do a stir fry, veg or meat one, then wrap up the stir fry in the pastry and bake until a bit crispy and thats spring rolls!

sandwiches (the obvious one)
sausage rolls
Cheesecake
Fruit kebabs
Quiche
bread sticks , nachos and dips
coleslaw
potato salad

Cocktail sausages, crisps, cheese selection, mini pizzas

cheese and pineapple hedgehog
french stick
chicken dippers
potato wedges
celery

Was going to suggest most of the above...

For sweet things, mini meringues with a drop of cream and half a strawberry on top, cupcakes, krispie buns if there's kids, a cake, slices of watermelon...

We done our own buffet for noahs we feed £75 people for £100, we went to asda and Iceland to get it all in.
