| ...a toy suitable for a 15 month+ girl that is interesting enough to keep her ammused a while but is not noisy and doesn't come in a million pieces? Also would need to be suitable to be played with whilst sat in a high hair Thank you xx |

| Is she into dollies? At the moment her babies are about the only thing that keep Imogen entertained for longer than 2mins. |

| Not really hun tbh, at the moment the only things she is into is climbing, running, football :/ and phones. She is extremely vocal so likes any toy that says things and sings so she can copy. She also loves my iPhone and laptop I'm trying to think of something to keep her ammused during the meal and speeches at the wedding hence non noisy. Girls toys are rubbish compared to boys tbh, they all seem to be doll related and have loads of 'bits' which will be thrown everywhere. I've bought Thomas a kiddizoom camera as he is into taking photographs at the moment but I'd rather he didn't use my phone. xx |

| I know what you mean there's not much that will actually entertain Imogen. She's always on the move, wanting to make a lot of noise. We're quite lucky she's got into this obsession with babies as it's helped loads with getting her to calm down and sit and play. I'm thinking about buying her one of those head things that you can brush the hair, i'm thinking Hannah might be a bit too young for that though and probs not interactive enough for her.
Sorry i've not been much help! |

| Thanks hun, you have been helpful if only to make me actually realise there isn't gonna be much that will keep little miss chatterbox even moderately quiet for 10 minutes hhhhmmmm could be interesting - maybe we should just let her do the speeches She is also quite into handbags and putting things in and pulling them out again, she likes the magna doodle and also likes books so maybe I should just take a big selection of things to swap every few miutes to keep her occupied rather than one particular thing? Lol total think out loud moment there^ anybody have any experience of LOs at weddings and how to stop them getting bored? I am by no means expecting them to sit perfectly still and quiet but don't think it would look good if I got up and took her out during the speeches xx |

| Thanks carla - funny you should say that but we were at the inlaws at the weekend and she sat a fiddled with her older cousins braclets for ages. I'm thinking the things that will keep her quietest are probably the things she wouldn't normally be allowed to play with so guess I will just have to see what she's like on the day and pinch stuff off people to keep her quiet xx |

Lol she actually sounds just like Imogen! Immi is obsessed with putting things away and getting them out over and over. That sounds like a good idea though, having a few things and switching them every so often. Pencils and paper is always good to include too. |

| what about stickers? they keep Tyler quiet for a few minutes... erm I would take a selection of things and keep swapping them, if I need to to keep Tyler quiet at a high chair if we're out somewhere I take loads of books, stickers, something to draw with snacks to nibble on (or play with ) ummmm |

| my sil found a book of dora and it comes with a pen you fill with water and when you draw the page turns different colours, when its dry it goes back to what it was and you can refil the pen.
like those aquadoodles mats, but in a book, neice loved it,
i did goody bags for the kids at my wedding, but lots of differnt things kept them busy, but during speeches they were dancing on the dance floor with no music lol |

| I filled a huge bag of toys, books and snacks for a wedding that we went to when hannah was about your hannahs age. not only did it keep her happy but it also amused her cousin and they sat and played together. everyone said she was the best behaved the whole day and was a good influence on the other wee ones I remember thinking wow - for a change!! |
