My sister just phoned, she phoned last night to say mums cat had been rushed to the vets and had to have surgery today as they thought she had some kind of blockage



Today they said they think shes got cancer which has ruptured her bowel and has been starting to die overnight, her pupils have blown, shes in pain and wont survive the surgery so they are putting her to sleep, they cant even wait for myu sister to drive there to be there.



I havent lived at home for 8 years but still thought of her as mine so feeling very right now

Aww no, at least she wont be suffering:(

I'd be devasted if anything happend to mine, they live with my mum and hate me but they are still mine x

awwww that's so sad. it's horrible when something like this happens to family pets, they ARE part of the family and it's so sad. At least she won't be suffering any more x

Its hard when animals are ill and pass away, they really do become part of the family, dont they?

Oh that's horrible. I know what you mean. Doesn't matter if you've been away from home for ages its still upsetting when you're pets die
