I'm rubbish at putting words together that actually make sense when it needs to be formal so any help is appreciated!!

I need to write an email to our estate agents giving them the 14 days notice needed to terminate our contract with them and I also need to request a copy of the EPC.

It sounds simple but I just can't get the proper words to come out lol!!

I would just put



Dear Mr estate agent



Please accept this e-mail as notification of our intent to terminate the contract with yourselves. In accordance with the contract we are hereby giving you 14 days notice.



Please confirm receipt of this e-mail.



I would be grateful if you could also send me a copy of the EPC (not sure what that is...)
