I want to complain to Asda about their nappies, normally they are great but this pack we have is crap. Some of the tabs just rip of when you go to attach them, and then others when you want to untab to change nappy, it's stuck so much you have to really pull then the whole front of the nappy rips off too, which is just lovely if the nappy is filled with poo.
Anyways I'm going to complain do I have to take pics or will they just take my word for it?

I'd take the nappys down to asda customer service and complaine there. They are usually pretty good!
I use to work there years ago and they would replace the product and give your money back. Not sure if the policy is the same now tho.

yeah either take the pack back to customer services or there prob a number to call or write to on the pack somewhere, I would prob send one or 2 back to show how bad they were.



I get odd packs like that with pampers I find, the tabs come off. never complained though, should really as nappies aint cheap these days! lol

i've often taken them back to customer services and they have replaced them without question!

em i have complained twice to pampers when i've had boxes full n a load of the tabs have come off, each time they have sent me between 10 and 20 pound in vouchers! x

I had a duff pack of Tesco's brand once and just took them back to customer services. Don't forget your receipt either
