| My broodiness has got up and left! It's been constantly with me since Amelia was a couple of weeks old and now it's just gone. I look at little tiny babies I see out at the shops and think "awww they're adorable and edible and I'd love a cuddle" but then I follow it up with "I'm just glad I could give them back"
Anyone else had their broodiness get up and go? |

| Yep me.
I was so broody after having ellie was determined I could fit another one in. But not now, not sure when it went but it's gone for sure.
Lisa, yours will return once you stop having such a great time dating and having fun. Once you decide on a mr right those lovely broody feelings will return xx |

| Mine left a few weeks ago Honestly I was looking at Caitlin laughing & playing chatting away and though 'oh my you are so cute.' I nearly felt guilty feeling like this but it was almost like it clicked that she was perfect and learning so much atm I felt I had so much to teach her/fun to get from spending 1-1 time with her. Had I not already been 20 weeks pg I honestly think if id been thinking about ttc I would have decided to wait a year. Too late now but! Maybe I only felt like that because I am pg. A fear/motherly guilt type reaction. I agree, I think your broodiness will come back when the time is right!!! |

| Gosh I think I must be a bit weird as I haven't been broody since having Bethany, yes, when I've held babies, I've thought how lovely it was and it brought back all my memories of when Bethany was a new born but I haven't had the longing for another baby x |

| I was always mega broody then apart from a few brief moments had not been at all broody for nearly 2 years! It has now returned with a vengance. All my friends are about to drop at the moment so i fear it is going to get worse.
I think yours will return once you meet someone who's right for you. You are probably enjoying your freedom at the moment x x x |

| I think feelings of broodiness are stronger in the first few months after a baby is born, must be the hormones.
Clare it's nice to hear that there are contented babies out there. I would like to order one if we are lucky enough to have a third!

| It will return hun. You have had a manic year so its probably all of that which has made it go away for a bit.
Im sure that mine is going to be gone for good as soon as No. 3 is born - I had better not get broody again! Im not having more! (although everybody keeps telling me I can squeeze one more in... its not happening!)

| hmm my broodiness has settled down for now, mostly because i cannot believe that at the moment i could physically cope with having another child as well as a toddler!!! i barely manage to have a pee (and even then elijah is there) nevermind have another baby, maybe it is like the others say, the time just isn't right |
