Hi Hun i did my first class last Wednesday it was great really got u working. If u love dancing then go for it. My friend didnt really enjoy as she said she had no coordination to follow the moves.
I loved it the only thing is its £5 a session which is a lot.

I go to zumba every weekand i love it, it depends on your instructor though for the level of impact! I have changed classes recently and my new instructor whoops ass. I was knackered last week, and i think i am quite fit!
