Why do we need designer tampons? What is wrong with picking them up in Asda or Tesco? I don't see the benefit in a fancy box or nice wrapping, at the end of the day you stick them up your foof lol

| so like a graze box for your foof yes? very pretty and umm reasonable price....
but i suppose i would really rather they automatically sent me a box of chocolates or a bottle of red kola or something every month instead and i could get my own tampons if af ever returned! |

| lol that is the silliest thing I have seen for ages!
I dont use them anyway (environmentally friendly moon cup for me lol) but even when I did whats wrong with sticking a box of tampax in the trolley! |

| just checked the price, they are a pack of 14 for £2.99 compared to 20 tampax for same price...so quite dear! |

| I think I was at uni and 20 yrs old before I bought my own tampons. To me buying them was the most embarassing thing in the world. In fact apart from term time when I was at uni and ran out, up until the age of 24 when I lived at home my mum bought tampons/pads as part of weekly shop. I was never responsible for my own period equipment! |

To be fair I suppose I was on the pill so couldn't ever forget but can't imagine it anyway. Admittedly hubby always knew when I was due but I think thats because he realised it was going to be a week without sex! |
