at virgin media,
rich has been great last couple of days so as a treat i purchased the new narnia movie for us to watch, it starts fine and then its starts freezing and then jumps ahead so he misses off the storyline, anyway after the 3 rd time and aslan appearing from nowhere and i dont know why....
i pause it and phone them, woman comes on the phone,
she asks if anything else is paused, (how would i know i'm in the movie) i said its been fine all day.
she asks me to come out movie ( i know i can go back in them for next 48 hours so fine) i do this,
check a couple of channels all ok, (like i said) and then she says go back to movie and try again.
go to my rentals and its blank, (fuming at this point) i explain that theres nothing on the list,
she then asks me to purchase another movie so they can check....
at this point i said no, are you being silly i'm not paying more money out (knowing i'd have to ask for the money back be a nightmare)
she then tells me till i do she cant help me.
i inform her that i'm putting the phone down as what i want to say to her my children cant hear and i will call back in a bit.
aaarrrggghhh
feel better now, off to phone them again
