| That my one month old baby is too long for her 0-3 month sleep suits?!
I now need to buy more sleep suits as she's not fitting in the leg length. are girls made smaller? |

| Have you tried Next Kayleigh they come up big. Asda is shortest i find and next and mothercare more generous though mothercare has small feet in the gros. I reckon Awens gonna be in 0-3 a while longer yet looking at that 3-6 gro. Ive been able to put a cpl bits 3-6 normal clohing on her but had to roll up waistbands and arms and legs its not a nice fit like 0-3
Sorry to thread jack Kel but Amelias doing so well with her weight its fab! |

| That will explain it then. Most of her gros are from asda! I got her some from next in the sale havent tried them on her yet though cos I havent been arsed to get them out of the bag The nurses are amazed with her weight gain because she was putting on an ounce here and there for so long but now shes putting on about a pound and a half a fortnight. Shes jumped from the 2nd centile to 25th in 2 weeks . Mind you shes such a piglet I'm not surprised shes taking 6 ounces every 2/3 hours and shes supposed to be on 3 ounces 4 hourly Started her on baby rice last week (on the advice of her consulatant before anyone thinks I'm crazy ) and she has a full bowl for lunch. Theres just no filling her. |

| Try the next ones then. Awens only on 2nd centile for length so shes proper short ass and even on her asda 0-3 gros are small when all her other ones fit perfect. The legs shrink bigtime when you wash em. The george gros are the only 3-6 i can put on her. The weight gains fab! Can you ask her to have a work with my monkey chops. Shes being bf 2-3 hoursly and til yesterday was on one whole jar at lunchtime and last time i had her weighed had only gained 5oz in 3 weeks! Ive put her onto a second meal now so fingers crossed she might hit 12pound when i go monday! She looks nice and sturdy though cos shes such a short ass she carries it well pmsl.
Tis a thought for you too though Kel what clothes is H wearing? Might be worth a different brand as i also found Tu were smaller i think its the supermarkets way of making their money back-sell em cheap but make em grow out of em 5 mins later lol!!! |

| kelly, what about cutting the feed out and putting her in a pair of socks, wont hurt in this warm weather.
lucas is just going into 3-6 months clothes its his length from shoulders to bum i'm having issues with cant have his bits squished, but 3-6 are too long in the arm and leg, so i brought rompers which fit well and he wears socks |

| Aww bless her. Shes so diddy and perfect Amelia looks alot smaller than she is because of her length people still come up to me saying how small she is even though shes a 'normal' weight for her corrected age. Shes getting weighed again this afternoon. I'm thinking she'll be near enough 8lb. Claire I cant bear to cut her babygrows, I'm a sentimental old moo lol x |

| She's in asda, Tesco, peacocks, next, mothercare and debs.
Clare I cant cut the feet to me that's like throwing away your fab shoes even though they've got so sole and covered in holes (and yes I do still have those shoes lol) |

| i have to admit i've not done it, but with some of the primark ones i would if needed,
they grow too quick at this age, lucas is sat next to me and he is in 0-3 jeans, which will be the last time he wears them as they creeping up his legs, but look ok and we not going out, he has a t-shirt on which he has worn twice and i might get another week out of it. |

| Aimee has always been tall for her age too. She fits into the Next stuff that matches her age, and I see the ladies on here have most of their kiddies in the next age below.

| Oh bless, its crazy how the shops differ in sizes though, I find that Alyssa's Next Sleepsuits aren't great in the length but massive round her middle and the Mothercare ones are really really long! She's just gone into 3-6 xx |

Hopefully. I can't afford to keep buying him clothes. It is partly because he has such a long body though. His in the size below for trousers |

| Oh my word he is a big boy! My friend BF her 2nd son and he was huge up until he was a year or so and then he evened out. He's still what you would describe as solid but def not overweight or a giant. (Im only commenting on the BF thing as I know you had a hard time before about feeding him too much - some kids I think are just made to be bigger than others)
Another friends lil boy was always way ahead in clothes, prob too wearing 18-24mth at Jamies age or a lil bit older (his dad is 6ft 9). Anyway he is 2 now and wearing 2-3 in Next and 3-4 in other shops so it def slowed down. |

| I'm hoping so. My nephew was like it and is 8 now and wearing the size above so he slowed down. Mind you hubby is skinny and has to wear extra large t-shirts and they're still not really long enough. I suspect Jamie will be like him |
