i keep getting letters from the bank and got another one today saying i needed to claim......umm i can't even remember when i took my first loan out (but i did have ppi) as i took another one out part way through it and that paid the original one off...

i cant believe i dont still have the documents but as the account was closed i must have thrown them out! argh....had anyone claimed? i dont even really know if im eligible?!

You can claim if you believe it was mis-sold to you ie you thought it was a product you had to have and not an optional one. All you need to do is ring the company and ask how to make a claim. Definitely don't use a 3rd party as it's easy to do yourself and then you don't have to make a payment to them. x

my bank have sent me all the forms and a letter saying 'you were sold ppi between these dates, fill the form in' but i honestly can't remember cos it was nearly 10 years ago, having said that i definitely didn't know i was paying interest on the insurance payments as well as the loan wtf
