| a neck support cushion for your lo in the carseat? i mean for a forward facing carseat, elijah looks so uncomfy when he is asleep i can't believe his neck doesn't get sore, he isn't really big enough to lean to one side and i was wondering if anyone has tried these cushions? aaaaaaaalso what kind of toddler cutlery does your lo use? eli has grippy handled metal spoons/forks just now, although we are now down to 2 forks, 1 spoon and about 10 weaning spoons (too shallow!), i somehow don't like the idea of him using our cutlery yet, would you buy more? aaaaaaaaaaaaaand while i'm at it what kind of cup does your lo usually use now? elijah is still using the tommee tippee freeflow cups with the flippy spouts, and has a steady cup which he can use fine but only in the highchair cos he forgets it doesn't have a lid.......he can also use a straw (discovered by accident!) so i thought about getting a straw-cup.......anyway, what do you use??? i think that is all for now |

| first point..... no......cos my baby is huge and doesn't look uncomfy in her chair Arwyn has the tommee tippe cutlery at my mum's and a boots equivilent here (f*ck knows what OH's mum uses, I'm past caring ). we have one fork, one spoon, one knife and use the harder weaning spoons for breakfast and yoghurts. no, I wouldn't buy more Arwyn has the flippy TT cup still for water, a TT bottle for juice/water and a NUK one with handles for milk will that do? |

| Well I wont be much help, but I'll reply anyway hahaha Izzy's head doesn't go funny cos I put her seat in a reclined position, enough so that her head doesn't flop (not that she falls asleep that often!) This is how she sleeps , Cutlery - did have 4 sets of normal toddler ones but the bloody dog has chewed a a set and a half! I think 2 sets is enough She uses any cup, beaker, bottle lol |

| We had one of those neck thingys as Immi always slumped her head at a weird angle but never properly used it cause it never seemed to sit right or help her so wasn't much point.
Cutlery she had like a plastic handle, metal top toddler cutlery set i think at that age. Now she uses metal normal cutlery, my mum's boyfriend stole a load of aeroplane cutlery from his work for a bbq party we had (i don't know why he's a klepto!) so we've ended up with loads of it. It's just slightly smaller than average adult cutlery. Imogen loves it tho as she thinks she's using what we are, she's all about being grown up.
Imogen uses a normal plastic cup/tumbler, she's always wanted to drink like all the grown ups. When she messes around though with the cup, she gets TT cup, the ones that just the milk pours out when tipped.
Not sure if that helped. |

| hmmmmmmmmmmmm well point a) arwyn isn't huge point b) what an odd picture to have lisa umm point c) i think i'll nip to boots tomorrow and get another toddler set then cos the weaning spoons are hopeless now they only hold about 2ml of yogurt haha ermm point d) (why am i doing points?!) elijahs seat reclines too but the gap between his head and the side of the chair means his head sort of flops to one side or forwards? i wonder if i could try something else like a pillow to see if it would be pointless or not... point e) whats a NUK cup?! and point f) i might get him a straw cup just cos he likes to try new things out and it might mean i can drink out of my water bottle in peace for 7 or 8 minutes... and point g) stealing airplane cutlery is a bit weird. |

| We have a reclining car seat too so like Lisa's Izzy, Oliver's head doesn't flop. Does your seat not recline? We have a neck pillow for him but it just pushes his neck forward so don't let him use it and its more ornamental in his room at the mo lol (cos its a frog Lol) Cutlery he has normal toddler cutlery but he uses ours too. Cups, he drinks from a beaker sometimes with a straw sometimes without. But he's only really been doing that past few months. When O was Eli's age he was using the TT cups or his cow cup |

| ahhh the mystical cow cup!!! well, i have got him another set of cutlery cos i don't want to wash up often enough to only do with one spoon his seat does recline zee but he seems to go sideways anyway, maybe when hes a bit taller it will be better? i see what you mean about pushing his neck/head forward though, hadn't thought of that. not holding my breath pixel!!! |

| Wow lots to cover. We have loads of sleeping in the car photos too. C has two car seats one has a safety tray so if she falls asleep in that she just flops onto the tray, the other is an evolva 123 which doesnt recline so her head does drop forwards a bit but we have never gotten her anything cos tbh i doubt she would wear it though i did consider the trunki neck support as it looks quite fun and i thought i might be able to persuade her, in the end the price put me off experimenting to find out though
Cutlery we have about a million sets, im not actually kidding every seems to have bought us a set so w have about 5 toddler forks and about 12 spoons, no knives though as i got rid of them cos when shes ready for a knife she can use ours.
Cupswise C will drink out of anything, shes got Dr brown beakers for bedtime milk, uses a nuby sports bottle or nuby soft spouted bottle in the day. Awen seems to like the Nuby cups, seems to be closest ive found to a nipple cos she wont even consider the hard spouted ones just goes nuts if i try |
