| I have been getting a few spots lately, just the odd one here and there, but i very rarely get them! I presume clearasil is for young skin? Anyone know what i can use? xx |

| I get more spots now than when i was a teenager! The best thing i have found to do is to regularly use an exfoliator which seems to prevent them from coming x |

| I find drinking loads of water really helps..boring I know! but i've suffered since my teens and still do now..but water really does clear my skin up. I'm feeling incredibly spotty at the mo cos I've only been drinking coffee but I also find Garniers Pure sos spot treatment pen works fab on spots over night |

| lots of fruit and water! plus don't let it get dry, but don't over moisturise a bit of sun each day helps too
