| What do your toddlers eat as snacks? C ont touch fruit or veg so i refuse to let her snack on rubbish (unless neil who thinks quavers and freddos are acceptable) so i buy organix oaty bars, yoghurt pouches and some of the stuff like fruit stars and yoghurt raisins whih I know have sugar in but seems to be my only mmethod to get owt in her. she also has an ellas kitchen pouch a day and a glass of smoothie so i know its a little bit of veg (its one of the brown, orange or purple ones) and some fibre from fruit pulp. But its costing me a bloody fortune, if it gets some goodness in her i dont begrudge it but i dont know what else to try |

| umm elijah eats literally anything he can get his paws on so im lucky really, how abouttttttttttt some soggy branflakes? eli loves them but i dunno if that's normal but yeah, cereal of some kind? either wet or dry. we also still mix pureed fruit with milk and rice and he loves that (messy for snacks though!). sticks of cheeeeese? tiny sammich with philly or similar? lumps of ham or chicken? hummous on crackers? (does hummous count as veg im not sure ) or guacamole? (bet that counts as veg ) eli also eats organix goodies snacks, fruit bars (like the school bar things or fruit winders, anything like that if it doesn't have added sugar, they could nearly pass as sweeties). |

lise, have you tried humzingers? they're just fruit, no added stuff, but they're put into a long bar to make them look more like a sweet treat?? |

| We try not to give Libby her snacks in the hope she'll be hungry and eat her lunch & dinner (not that it works ) But if we do it's usually apples, grapes, banana, raisins etc. Which I know doesnt help as C wont eat them. We also buy the tesco basic cereal bars, they are about 70p for 6 - Libby loves those too. xxx |

| Anything really, he has dried fruit like rasins, prunes, dried mango or banana chips etc I actually find dried fruit kinda expensive..probably cos i'm tight lol Things like rice cakes (the big 'adult' ones) with philly on, cheese cubes. Could you swap from yogurt pouches to normal yogurts as i'm sure they bump the price up cos its more 'convenient' as a pouch. We used to do the Organix oaty bars too but swapped to the 'Fabulous Bakin' boys' Oaty bars - they come with apple, cranberries etc in and it just like a flapjack. Usually about 99p for 6. Or like Suse we have asda's cereal bars with yogurt coating on which are less than a £1 for 6. Swapped from 'named' brands to supermarket brand..Asda have started doing the pouches now that are a tad cheaper. Or maybe buying in bulk(from amazon or somewhere) may save a few pennies maybe Also Asda do like a lunch box selection with fruit bars like theses: Asda do their own but I can't seem to find them |

| cheese such as babybells or dairylea triangles. or ham, apples and bananas too,.. But I do let her biscuits and a few crisps too. Those yoghurt covered fruity things are good too as Ellie thinks they are sweeties. |

| Isla has yoghurt coated raisins, she thinks theyre chocolate. They both love yoghurt pouches, and all the fruit ones too.
Isla will eat fruit, but will not tolerate veggies except for carrots.
Isla will have an occasional cereal bar......but saying this I too am trying to knock snacks on the head because shes not a great eater, and im hoping it will have a knock on effect. |
