| What do you prefer?
I much prefer a fresh loaf, the nicest reasonable priced bread is at Greggs, or Sainsburys, which I dont mind cos its lovely bread, just not cheap!
I would like to go every morning and get a loaf but I never seem to get round to it.
When I stayed in Paris when I was 14 they had boulangieries (sp) everywhere and it was quite normal to go first thing before brekkie to get a stick, croissants etc - it was fab! We did the same at my mums french house
It's such a shame there aren't bakery's like there used to be ... if there was would you use them more often or do you think you'd still buy sliced branded bread (can't think what else to call it lol |

| all the locals here are into their fresh stuff - I imagine the older village people still bake their own bread but you always see cypriots inthe bakeries buying their fresh loaves. I love it when I get there and theres a fresh batch of baguettes coming out the oven.... even better pain au chocolate nom nom.
so much prefer fresh but i actually end up buying packaged frozed english bread for day to day use (fresh cyprus bread goes off in about 2 days!) |

| Yeh the fresh here is like a rock if you don't eat it within 48 hours too - I only buy the small ones and I normally eat half of it when I get back from shopping cos too lazy to eat anything other than bread and butter |

| I love fresh bread but we never get it as there's no bakery in town (that i'm aware of) and it's easier to get sliced. |

| I love fresh loafs but I slice it too thick so not good for the diet. We get bread free from OHs work so I refuse to pay for it now anyway and they don't to uncut xx |

| love fresh bread but we dont each much bread in our house, maybe about 1/2 loaf a week so it would be an incredible waste buying it. Infact its only the kids that eat bread so we only buy the waburtons buns cos they last the whole week without going funny! x |

| mmmm I love a fresh loaf. I always get tiger bread or a tiger baguette when I go shopping. It lasts about 2 minutes when I walk through the door and Aimee and James are like vultures around the shopping.
