| Its really getting me down now. You know the bit where your neck joins your head? well that muscle if i press on it eases the headache/migraine a bit. What do you think it could be?? Its so painful! It goes from the bottom of my neck at the back right ove my head to my eye! It keeps coming and goin, mainly coming! I am convinced its got something to do with my muscle. |

| Maybe your sleeping position is contributing to it?? I had that problem and bought a memory foam pillow - they support your head in all the right places xx |

| That's where my migraines start Donna. I went to the chiropractor last week and going again tomorrow. My neck tension is caused by the shape of my back but it is made much worse when I change pillows. I'd say it was more than likely that. Hope it eases up for you super quick x |

| You can buy a memory foam pillow from anywhere now, Tesco, Asda, Argos etc. There's not alot else you can do to relieve it apart from pain killers xx |

| i have to have my pillows in a particular order or i get bad neck pain, in fact a few years ago i numbered them so they were always in the right order, i know sad, but better than the pain.
take ibrupfen will ease the muscle pain and a warm bath, but its a case of letting the pain ease, you could try deep heat |
