I bought a Hello Kitty messenger bag earlier from Argos, got home, took it out of the plastic wrapper and it is far too small and is really not suitable. Can I take it back for a refund? The packaging is ripped now but the bag and purse is still fine.
So... I need a messenger bag with a zip bit on the flap if anyone can help.... Needs to be a largish size as it will be used as a changing bag as well as be filled with my shite
