This past year I've exercised alot and have found a passion for running, only problem is I now appear to have cracked heels, how do I get rid? I've never had to worry, I've got just over two weeks till my holiday and I'd like to try and resolve the issue by then if I can!

Any suggestions?

Sholl do a cracked heal repair cream that's supposed to be quite good.

Can you get that scholl foot cream stuff? I've never used it but the advert makes it look good.

Theres lots of different hell balm creams out at the moment couldnt tell you which is best bt there surpose to work x

Yep that cream is brill hun should clear a week at most i would say depending on how bad they are i use it as wear sandals alot

Moisturise your feet, like slop it on and put socks on over night...that might help

you can get specialist heel stuff in the foot section of boots, but i would try something like lisa said, astral is great for that kind of thing, slather it on and put cotton socks on for the night, feels gross but your feet will be so soft!

Go and get your feet eaten by those fish then slap on loads of foot cream and socks and sleep in them. Do the cream and socks thing every night till hols x
