and it's a bad one
poor benji has done nothing but sleep/puke/cry the last 3 days (this being the 3rd day!)

he hasn't eaten much at all (which i know we're not meant to worry about )
he has drank 1, 4oz bottle of milk (last night) in 3 days!
and not much juice at all (everytime he drinks he just pukes!)
he has kept down a 7oz bottle of watery juice, and a nice biscuit today.
he is fast asleep on daddy now.

can the world throw anything more at me...i DARE it to

i'm at the point where i wish i could curl in a ball and cry forever.

Aww, poor little mite.
if your worried about his fluid intake you could try that dyoralite. you can get it from superdrug in the kids medicine section or any chemist. it'll just help get his salt levels back up and replace lost vits and mins etc.

i know zee feel so sorry for him, i'm all stressed so not in best of moods and feel bad for thinking he's being moany...i know he's not very well and feel bed for saying that gah! what a terrible mum!!

anyhoo hoping this nap will make him feel a lil better, do you think i should attempt some milk after he wakes up, maybe have smaller bottle more often during the day??

Oliver had something similar a year or so back. it was awful..lasted a good week and just when i thought he was getting better he'd vom again

i would hold off on the milk until his tummy has settled a bit. try him with dry toast, if he keeps that down for an hour try something else. don't worry about his milk intake at the mo, just toast (dry foods)and clear fluids for now. x

he's had 2 bits of toast and about 5 bottles of liquid today...seems to keep blackcurrant juice down the best...
might try him with something more substantial for tea??
