| Well I was accepted with flying colours BUT after having a chat with the tutor, I have changed courses slightly. Ths Acces course is specifically for adults who want to go on to Uni ( it's a 2year course) I'm not decided if I want to do that yet. Also, a Uni will only accept you within 3 years of completing the course. As I have also been out of education for 17 years  I will need to get back into practice of writing essay's etc. So I have decided to do the BTEC Diploma in Health & Social Care which is only one year. This is a qualification that will broaden my social, youth job opportunities in itself. On completion I will still be accpeted on the Acess course if I want to continue in that field. On completion of both courses ( if I choose to do so) I will have the equivalent of 3 A Levels  |
