Jamie fell and cut his lip. I don't even know how he fell this time because I'd taken my eyes off him. I know its stupid because I can't follow him round 24/7 and his going to hurt himself but I feel awful. What makes it worse is we're waiting in the car to pick oh up from work and I've just realised Jamie has some blood on his chin where I didn't clean it up properly

Aww hun, like you said you can't follow them around everywhere 24/7 these things happen. Try not to feel too bad about it.x

Awww bless him, these things happen hun. Personally I think it's worse when you do see it happen! When Ollie smacked his head on the TV unit last month and split his eyebrow open......the impact of it made me feel sick but there was nothing I could do as it happened so quick

Eoin is covered in bruises across his head. He thinks he can do things he obviously can't and falls of knocks himself. He caught himself with a book today at the childminder and has a scratch from his mouth up to his head. The thing is I want professional photos of the 4 of mine together and as one bruise heals he knocks himself again.

awww i often (well, relatively often) have to brace myself before i pick a screaming elijah up with visions in my mind of a whole limb hanging off - you're right though, you can't watch them all of the time, you can just try and make things as safe as possible

dont feel bad hun accidents happen he will be ok and it will prob be the start of many bumps if he is anything like my boys lol x
