i dont know whats up with evan but for the past week he has been waking half the night he isnt even fully awake but tossing and turning moanin and screaming
last night it was on and off from 2.30-6.30 i cant take anymore im exhausted!
he has been great at going down in his cot which was a nightmare before but he still doesnt stay in his cot all night my own fault but he comes in our bed during the night cos he wakes screaming and cos he is still in our room he can see us and at the moment cos we r only in 2 bedroom house and ohs older son has the other room (we are waiting to hear bout a swap) we have no option but for evan to be in with us, he is a very light sleeper and i know ohs older son wud wake him up cos he jst doesnt know how to be quiet!
but i dont know why he is up half the night with this screaming i even ended up offering a bottle which he refused but seriously feels like i have a newborn again!
any advice welcome

Aimee went through a stage of being like this for about 2 weeks. It was torture!

We were so confused, as she had always been a great sleeper. We had to do CC too and it was horrible and so upsetting.

After a week of being really tough and practically ignoring it, she went back to normal.

Also, he may have a little virus or something that you havent noticed. Aimee has also had the odd one before with no particular signs, and then after a few really bad nights, she has a temp, then it all comes out and goes away again.

I hope it picks up soon hun xx

Does oh's son live with you or does he just stay over some times? I would defo try and move him into his own room, i would rather take the risk of your step son waking him up rather than him being up all night x

he stays with us half the week its meant to be 3 times a week and his mums 4 but he is practically full time with us! and to be honest he is an inconsiderate little brat so i know he wud deliberately make noise to wake evan
