So looks like I'm in labour. Contractions have been every 5mins since about 4.30pm but been having them on off all day. Just been to the loo and was bloody discharge so guess thats the plug/show thingy, not sure if it's been coming out in bits tho for the last few days as i've had quite a bit of discharge recently.

Contractions are bareable atm. Any tips for to keep them coming? don't want it all to stop now. I haven't got a gym ball. Fail. I've cleaned the kitchen, maybe i should clean something else, keep moving..

Oh and for those on FB, please don't mention it atm, as I can't be bothered with all my friends texting me asking what's going on. I'll keep you all updated though. Smile xx

Still getting contractions every 3-5mins. I've put Immi to bed, changed all the bed sheets ready for Matt's parents to use, repacked my hospital bag, walked around a bit. Just called hospital and they said have a bath and call back in a couple of hours or when the pain gets worse, or contractions closer together. So will probs go for a bath in a min.

Joshua Matthew Hampstead was born at 1.55am this morning - 2nd Sept weighing 8lb 10.5oz

Matts parents got here at 9pm and we went to hospital about 11pm so all worked out. We left hospital at 5ish this morning, 3hrs after birth so were home and got a couple of hours sleep before Immi woke up. I will do a proper birth story when I get on the laptop Smile
