will stretches help my leg?

over the last 6 years i've had problems with my feet mainly when the weather gets cooler. i cant walk on one of mt feet only the side of it as putting it flat hurts. luckily its only happened to both feet at the same time once many years ago.

its muscle i'm sure as it goes through the side of my ankle and up my calf to the back of my knee and now its spread the back of my leg. its aching like hell and i've not been able to sleep the last two nights its so annoying

last time i went to my gp they said i needed special insoles in my shoes. but what else can i do

Oo how odd i don't know what to say.hun. i didn't want to read and run. maybe.another trip to the doctors? Did the inner soles help at all?

also pay the extra and get clarks shoes hun they are the best for fitting and comforting your feet x

Trip back to docs I think, could refer you to physio to get help

is it like plantafasceitis? (sp?) If it is, try rolling a tennis ball around the underside of your foot to stretch out the muscles. Also, a cycling motion will help ease the discomfort. One of my learners once had this and it helped loads. Also lots of foot massages

But obviously am only guessing so def go see the docs again

I would get your doctor to refer you to a Podiatrist. It doesnt sound right and you really shouldnt be just putting up with it hun x

I've had it for years and they said it was my tendon pulling and needed streatching.

Basically if I stand on my foot so it's flat I get a pain in the middle of my
Foot.

Getting a hot bath see I'd that helps then some stretching
