| Just got caelyn to try some egg. she wouldnt put much in her mouth though she chewed and swallowed a small bit before deciding she didnt want any more but she did eat some of my bacon dipped in the egg
probably silly to most but its a big thing for me as she simply wont try anything unfamiliar anymore |

Me too!!!!! I now have her on a one a day a,b,c,d,e vitamin and an omega 3 one. Once they run out ive seen some multivitamins and iron insted as those are bassetts ones and ridiculously expensive but im so worried about her intake as she just wont touch fruit or veg or pretty much anything she doesnt recognise. She finally agreed to eat some 'burders' this week so hoping she might let me make her some homemade ones so i can put onion in them but other wise she eats sausages, fishfingers, gammon/bacon with chips (which I now make homemade) and some wholewheat spaghetti or pasta with a small amount of sauce or pesto again Ive now started making my own to sneak some veg in. And for brekkie I can now get her to have cheerios or shreddies or weetabix and neil can often get her to eat bagels and shes just started the onion ones or eggy bread. snacks we are living on school bars fruit stars or organix crisps and oaty bars. Oevrall when I write it down its not as awful as it could be but theres not thatmuch variety there so i do worry |

| have you tried things likkkkkkke, making pizzas and saying 'this one needs to have 3 different colours on it' and have things like peppers, sweetcorn, tomato, mushroom etc to make it into a sort of game? or mixing up an omlette with her and letting her choose things to add to it? maybe she wouldn't be fooled but i suppose the game element might help a bit : / it does sound like she is getting a bit better, especially as a starts eating more she might get more curious/jealous of what her sisters having? |

it does sound like she is getting a bit better, especially as a starts eating more she might get more curious/jealous of what her sisters having? Good ideas but it wouldnt work. She would play along with the game then refuse to eat the final product we have tried involving her in the kitchen. We are hoping against hope seeing Awen eating all the things she eats will interest her its just not happened yet |

| aw thats good news
at least she is trying.
when my cousin was being a bit of a fussy eater I played the blindfold game with her and made her try lots of different foods - all lovely and tasty with the odd spoon of nutella thrown in there. dont know if C might be too young though
