| We got the house, we move on 14th, so excited,
Now all I got to do is pack and clean.
Our landlord now as raised an issue which could effect our deposit My grass is dull and they've asked we feed it and put some seeds down where it's died thanks to our tomato plants, anyone any ideas |

| Yay!!!
Our grass was so dead and sad looking when we moved in and we thought we'd have to replace it but tried grass seed and it's looking really decent now. We just threw loads down and watered it and it came up really quick. Hope it works for yours |

| That's great hun...I think you should put some grass seed down and just keep watering it until you move. If the landlord see's you have made the effort to rectify (sp) it, it might not effect your deposit.
Have you any piccies of the new house?

| hmmm if worst came to the worst you could turf the bad areas? It soon blends in as we did it at the bungalow as the previous people had a fire on the lawn and ruined a large patch! |

| There are 5 huge fir trees in the garden and we think it's them causing the grass to die, but we going to seed it water it ( although this weather shouldn't need to worry) and feed it... All we can do.
To be honest next doors is the same and he's a right gardener so I swear it's the trees, but our deposit is alot of money and we need it.
Landlord is estate agent so she's on the ball, but I'm so excited just want to move now and get settled in and to sort rich school out too, have to wait till we move cause he on statement, but not stopping me trying lol |
