one of us can just randomly email someone (we know) from the members list and ask if they fancy sending you something that way you wouldn't know who it was and you could randomly pick someone to send to.

Could we not split secret santa into 2 groups, 1 group that you are in charge of picking who buys who & sending postage info and 1 group that another admin is in charge of sorting senders. You could make sure your name is on the other admins list.

Fair enough you could rule out 50% of possible senders but would still be an element of surprise? Does that make sense?

Same rules eg post by date, budget etc for each group obviously. x

I will get all the addresses etc and then split the list in 2, so you only have to mix them up and then send PMS to say who everyone needs to send a gift to with the addy to send to...so wont be much work!
